David S. Hurewitz, M.D.

Dr. David Hurewitz, a native Philadelphian, received his Bachelor of Arts and Medical Degree from Temple University. He joined the Allergy Clinic of Tulsa, Inc. in 1975.

He is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Allergy/Clinical Immunology. He trained at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, New Y

ork and Tulane University Division/Charity Hospital of Louisiana in New Orleans for medicine and National Jewish Hospital and Research Center in Denver, Colorado for allergy. After training, he served as Staff Allergist at the United States Naval Hospital in San Diego, California.

James T. Love, Jr. M.D., Ph.D.

Dr. James Love, a native of Connecticut, received his Bachelor of Science degree from Yale University and Medical Degree from the University of Connecticut.

He is board-certified in Pediatrics and Allergy/Clinical Immunology. He trained at Baylor College of Medicine/Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston, Texas, for his Pediatric Internship and Residency, as well as his Allergy/Immunology Fellowship. He joined the Allergy Clinic of Tul

sa, Inc. in 1996, following completion of his Fellowship.

Lodie G. Naimeh, M.D.

Dr. Lodie Naimeh is board-certified in both Pediatrics and Allergy/Clinic

al Immunology.

She received her Bachelor of Science and Medical Degrees from the American University of Beirut where she completed her Pediatrics training including chief residency. Dr. Naimeh pursued her training in Pediatric Endocrinology followed by Allergy/Immunology at the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics where she was involved in basic bench research. She joined the Allergy Clinic of Tulsa, Inc. in 2000

Kathryn Brown, M.D.

Dr. Kathryn Brown received her Bachelor of Arts from Johns Hopkins University and Medical Degree from Washington University School of Medicine. She joined the Allergy Clinic of Tulsa, Inc. in 2007.

She is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Allergy/Clinical Immunology. She trained at Washington University School of Medicine for her Internship and Residency in Internal Medicine and at Johns Hopkins University for her Fellowship in Allergy and Immunology.

Timothy J. Nickel, M.D.

Dr. Timothy Nickel, a native of Kansas, received his Bachelor of Arts and Medical Degree from University of Kansas School of Medicine. He joined the Allergy Clinic of Tulsa, Inc. in 2004.

He is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Allergy/Clinical Immunology. He trained at University of Colorado for his Internship and Residency in Internal Medicine and at the University of Kansas for his Fellowship in Allergy and Immunology.

Rumali Medagoda, M.D..

Dr. Rumali Medagoda received her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery Degrees from the University of Colombo, Sri-Lanka, College of Medicine.    She joined the Allergy Clinic of Tulsa, Inc. in August 2010.

She is board-eligible in Allergy/Clinical Immunology and board-certified in Pediatrics.

She trained at the Castle Street Hospital for Women and Lady Ridgeway Children’s Hospital in Colombo, Sri-Lanka for her Internship.  She completed her Residency training in Pediatrics at the University of Oklahoma, Tulsa campus. 

Karen Arnold, APRN, CNP

Karen Arnold, APRN, received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Langston University in Tulsa. She received her Master of Science with a Nursing Major degree at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. She joined the Allergy Clinic of Tulsa in 2002.

Todd Coleman, APRN, CPNP

Todd Coleman, CPNP, received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science Pediatric Nurse Practitioner degrees at the University of Oklahoma. He joined the Allergy Clinic of Tulsa in 2003.

Katie Sims, PA

Katie Sims, PA, graduated from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences in OKC. She is a native Tulsan and Union redskin alumn'. She did her undergraduate degree at Southern University at Bethany, OK.
